Consumer Disputes

Service providers and product manufacturers have a duty to ensure that their services and goods are fit for purpose, comply with Trading Standards regulations and are sold as described.

If you receive a service or purchase an item that does not meet your requirements or it falls well short of expectations, you have a right to complain. If that same supplier then refuses to fix the faulty product or service or provide a refund, seeking legal advice is the next step.
