Our fees
Fixed Fee Divorce, Dissolution, Judicial Separation £780 plus court fees Our fee of £780 includes preparation of the relevant court application, all correspondence, applications for the Conditional Order and Final Order and VAT. Our fee does not include Court Fees or any work that may need to be undertaken that deals with finances, property, children, if your spouse does not co-operate, or if the divorce is disputed. It does not include the marriage certificate fee if a copy is required. The maximum court fee payable will be £593 but you may be entitled to a reduction or exemption depending on your financial circumstances.
Initial Consultation £137We will meet with you to discuss any problems you may have. This initial meeting will identify your concerns and we will outline the options available to you and the related costs for assisting you.
Consent Order from £750We will prepare a straightforward clean break order, arrange the order to be signed by you and send the agreement to your ex-partner or their legal advisors, send the order to the court for approval by a judge and provide you with a copy of the order. Our fee does not include VAT.
Cohabitation Agreement from £1000We will prepare the agreement, send the agreement to your ex-partner's legal advisors, arrange for you to sign the agreement and supply a copy of the agreement to you. Our fee does not include VAT.
Pre-nuptial Agreements from £1500We will prepare the agreement, send the agreement to your ex-partner's legal advisors, arrange for you to sign the agreement and supply you a copy of the agreement. Our fee does not include VAT.
