Gemma joined the firm in 2004 and qualified as a solicitor in September 2006. She is a Partner that deals with both contentious and non-contentious company, corporate and employment matters.

She has a wealth of experience in dealing with Employment law matters and has acted regularly on behalf of both the employer and the employee. Gemma will give clear legal advice and also ensure that the matter is dealt with in a practical and commercially viable way. She has obtained a Masters in Employment Law with Distinction from the University of Surrey and always ensures that she is up to date with the ever changing employment legislation.

Gemma also deals with property disputes including residential and commercial landlord and tenant issues, debt recovery, contractual disputes, professional negligence and contentious probates.
