Parisa Costigan


Parisa is a senior solicitor having joined the practice earlier this year. She qualified as a solicitor in September 1999. She has over 30 years’ experience of handling complex personal injury and clinical negligence claims. She has worked in a number of Legal 100 Firms throughout her career on the mainland before moving back to the Island where she went to school.

During her career she has worked mainly for claimants. She obtained a Masters degree in advanced litigation from Nottingham Trent University. She deals with all aspects of complex personal injury and clinical negligence claims including cerebral palsy claims, delays in diagnosis and treatment of conditions as well as negligently undertaken operations.

Away from work she enjoys walking on the coastal path and the Downs with her young cockapoo dog, Pongo!
