OUR REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In accordance with the SRA requirements, we undertake the collection, reporting, and publication of workforce diversity data. This process is facilitated through a confidential questionnaire, which all employees are invited to complete. The data gathered from this informs us of the effectiveness of our existing Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Policy and demonstrates the distribution of employees.
